Design Partner Program

Build the product your team needs, with the people building it.

Bring a problem your team faces every week. We shape the product around it with you, and you are first in line to pilot it. If it works for you, you continue on preferential terms, agreed in writing.

01How it works

Talk, shape, pilot, continue.

Each step ends with a decision you make with us. You can stop at any of them.

  1. 01

    Talk

Tell us about a problem your team faces every week: who has it, how you handle it today and what it costs you.

  2. 02

    Shape

Over four to eight weeks we shape the product with you. You review concepts and early versions and tell us what helps, what is missing and what to drop. We work without real personal data at this stage.

  3. 03

    Pilot

Your team uses the product on real work for up to 90 days, measured against a baseline we agree at the start.

  4. 04

    Continue

At the end of the pilot you decide whether to continue. If you do, you subscribe on preferential terms agreed in writing. There is no obligation to buy.

02What you get

A say in the product, and a head start with it.

  • A direct line to the team

You talk to the people designing and building the product, not to a support queue.

  • Your requests shape the roadmap

We look at your requests first and answer each one. We build what serves teams like yours, and it goes into the product for every customer.

  • First in line to pilot

Your team is among the first to use the product on real work, before it is offered more widely.

  • Preferential terms, in writing

If you continue after the pilot, you do so on preferential terms we agree in writing before you subscribe.

  • No fee to take part

There is no fee to take part in the program.

  • Your name stays yours

We name you, show your logo or tell your story only with your separate written permission. It never affects your terms.

03What we ask

What a partnership asks of you.

  • A real problem and the team that has it

A problem your team feels every week, and the people who will use the product.

  • Someone who can decide

A sponsor who can make decisions, and one person who runs the pilot day to day.

  • A few hours a month

A short call every two weeks, and feedback from the people using the product.

  • A decision at the end

A clear yes or no on continuing when the pilot ends, so neither side is left waiting.

05Who it fits

Who we look for.

  • A problem felt every week

Something that costs your team time or money now, not one day.

  • The team that will use it

People ready to try the product on their real work and say what they think.

  • Someone who can decide

A sponsor who can commit time now and decide on continuing later.

  • A problem others share

We build products, so the problem should be one other companies face too.

We work with a small number of design partners at a time, so not every application leads to a partnership.

06Questions

Before you apply.

Is there a fee to take part?

No. There is no fee to take part. The terms for continuing after the pilot are agreed in writing before you subscribe.

Do we have to buy the product at the end?

No. At the end of the pilot you decide whether to continue, and there is no obligation to buy.

Will you build every feature we ask for?

No, and we will say so plainly. We answer every request. What serves teams like yours goes into the product for every customer; what only your company needs can be built as a separate AI Studio project.

Will you name us as a customer?

Only with your separate written permission, and it never affects your terms.

What happens to our data?

While we shape the product, we work without real personal data. Before a pilot, how your data is handled is agreed in writing. See our security page.

Is this a partnership in the legal sense?

No. A design partnership is a written agreement between two companies to shape and pilot a product. It creates no joint venture or company partnership.

Nothing on this page is an offer. Terms are agreed in writing with each design partner.

Bring us the problem your team faces every week.

Tell us about it, and we will tell you whether a design partnership fits.
