AI Studio · Custom AI and software

Custom AI, taken all the way to production.

We are the team behind Radar, Expenco and Propt. We design and build AI applications, workflows and integrations with you, under one accountable lead.

01What we build

Agents, applications and the systems around them.

  • Agents and workflows

Agents and automated workflows take on a defined task within limits you set. The decisions that matter go to a person for approval.

  • AI-native applications

These applications put generative AI at the centre and build on your organisation's own knowledge and processes.

  • Web and mobile products

We design and engineer apps and portals for your customers, and platforms for your own teams.

  • Data and enterprise integrations

Models and applications connect to the systems, data and workflows your business already runs on.

02Production

Production requirements are part of the brief.

  1. 01

    Data, access and oversight

We agree which data the system may use, who can reach it, and where a person reviews or approves its work.

  2. 02

    Quality and acceptance

We set quality criteria, reliability expectations and acceptance tests with you before the build starts.

  3. 03

    Deployment and support

We plan deployment and monitoring, set out usage costs, and agree who supports the system in production.

03Delivery model

A clear path to an accepted release.

  • Orveon leads the work

We own scope, architecture, planning, communication and quality, and coordinate acceptance with your team.

  • Specialists where needed

Specialists from Orveon or a partner join for the skills the work needs. Who does what is agreed before delivery.

  • You own the priorities

You bring domain knowledge and access, set priorities, review each milestone and accept what is delivered.

04Projects and tenders

Bring the requirements. We will put a proposal around them.

  • Objective and requirements

Tell us the business objective, the requirements that matter most and the systems the work has to fit.

  • Dates and budget

Share your target dates, the budget context and the procurement timetable.

  • Criteria and constraints

Include the evaluation criteria, any delivery constraints and the support you expect after release.

Before delivery starts, we agree the schedule, commercial terms, team, partner responsibilities, ownership of the work, warranty and support. Acceptance is then checked against the scope you approved.

05Questions

Questions about AI Studio.

What does AI Studio build?

Agents and automated workflows, AI-native applications, web and mobile products, and the data and enterprise integrations that connect them to the systems you already run.

Can AI Studio respond to a tender or RFP?

Yes. Share the requirements, dates and evaluation criteria, and we put a technical and commercial proposal around them.

How do you control AI in production?

Before the build, we agree which data the system may use, who can reach it, where a person reviews or approves its work, and the quality targets and acceptance tests it must pass.

Who owns what you build?

Intellectual property, warranty and support are agreed in the contract before delivery starts, together with the schedule, commercial terms and team.

How long does a project take?

It is planned with you for each project. We release the smallest working version first and grow it, so your team uses working software early rather than waiting for the whole scope.
