Orveon is responsible for the personal data collected on this website (orveon.ai). Our products, such as Radar, have their own privacy notices.

What you choose to share
The contact form collects your name, email address, area of interest, message and, optionally, your company.
Applications collect your name, email address, the role you are applying for and your message. You can also add your location, a portfolio or LinkedIn link and a CV as a PDF.
DUO48 update requests collect your name and email address.
Please include only what is relevant to your request.

Submitting a form never subscribes you to marketing.

04Storage
Where it is stored and who can see it
Submissions, including CV files, are stored in this website's own database on Amazon Web Services in the EU (Frankfurt region, Germany), separate from our products' data. Only authorised Orveon staff can open them.
We share the list of our service providers on request. None of them may use your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it
You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights
Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and the EU GDPR, you can ask what we hold about you, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw your consent.
Email privacy@orveon.ai or write to us through the contact form, with your submission reference if you have it. We answer within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity.
You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Türkiye or to your local data protection authority.
