These terms are governed by Turkish law. Where the law allows the parties to agree on jurisdiction, the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Mandatory rules on jurisdiction, including those protecting consumers, are not affected.

These terms are published in Turkish and English. If the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.
