Radar · Delivery intelligence
See every project's health. Know the next move.
For PMO, delivery and IT leaders: Radar connects to the project tools your teams already use, scores delivery health on 8 signals and keeps actions, risks, budgets and reports in one place.

01What Radar does
The PMO's view, above the tools teams already use.
Portfolio health on 8 signals
One score for each project and for the portfolio, from signals such as estimates, owners, stale work, ageing defects, and sprint and release planning.
Actions with owners and due dates
Turn findings into actions with an owner and a due date. Radar sends a reminder for overdue actions each morning in your team's chat.
Steering and PMO in one place
Keep risks, issues, decisions and milestones next to the delivery data, instead of in separate spreadsheets.
Commercial control
Budgets, costs, purchase orders and proposals sit beside delivery progress, so cost and schedule are read together.
Reports from your own templates
Status reports as presentations or documents, built on your own templates and archived for each period.
People and workload
See who works on what across your projects, so staffing decisions start from delivery data.
02Reads from
The tools your teams already use.
Radar connects to widely used project management and development tools, and reads their projects without changing how anyone works.
Reminders and the Monday digest go to your team's chat. Projects that run without a tool can be managed in Radar itself.
03How it works
From your tools to a portfolio view.
01
Connect
Connect your tools with read-only access, then choose which projects Radar sees.
02
Map once
Match your statuses and work types to Radar's model; after that, every sync is automatic.
03
See
Read each project's health and the portfolio's, with a list of who to talk to.
04
Act
Turn what you see into actions, decisions and reports, with follow-ups in your team's chat.
04Automation and AI
It does the chasing. You make the calls.
- Working today
Health on 8 signals
Radar scores every project and the whole portfolio on the same 8 signals, so you see where delivery is slipping.
- Working today
Daily reminders
Overdue actions are chased every morning in your team's chat.
- Working today
Monday portfolio digest
Every Monday, Radar sends a digest of the whole portfolio, so the week starts from one picture.
- Planned
AI status reports
Radar will draft status reports from current project data for you to review and send.
- Planned
Portfolio assistant
You will be able to ask an assistant about any project or the whole portfolio.
- Planned
Agents that draft actions
Agents will draft actions for you to approve. Nothing they draft reaches your team until you approve it.
Radar is in pilot. Planned features are not built yet.
05Security
Read-only and separated by workspace.
Read-only access
Radar never writes back to your tools. You choose which projects it sees, and its access tokens are stored encrypted.
Isolated per workspace
Each workspace's data is kept separate inside the database. A dedicated database is discussed in a briefing.
How it is deployed
Radar runs as a service that we operate. Dedicated and on-premises deployment are discussed in a briefing.
06Questions
What PMOs ask first.
Does Radar change anything in our tools?
No. Radar only reads, and nothing is written back to your tools. Your teams keep working as they do today.
Which tools does Radar read from?
Widely used project management and development tools, with your team's chat for reminders and the Monday digest. We share the current list in a briefing. Projects without a tool can be managed in Radar itself.
Where is our data stored?
Each workspace's data is kept separate. Hosting location and deployment options, including a dedicated environment or on-premises, are covered in a briefing and a security review.
Can Radar work on our own projects?
In the pilot, Radar reads the projects you choose, with read-only access. Request a briefing and we will agree the scope with you.
Does Radar replace our project tools?
No. Radar is the management layer above your tools: the PMO's view of the portfolio, while each team keeps its own backlog.
See Radar on your own portfolio.
Tell us which tools your teams use and roughly how many projects you run, and we will set up a briefing.
